The Point

The image captures a dramatic black and white landscape featuring a prominent, snow-covered mountain with a sharp peak that dominates the view. This is from Yoho National Park in British Columbia, Canada. The stretch of the Trans Canada Highway from eastern British Columbia to western Alberta is home to a number of Canada's National Parks, Yoho National Park being one of them. It is a place is stunning nature and natural beauty. Naming my work is always a challenge. I chose The Point for that final piece of rock formation in the centre at the top of the mountain.
