  • Shipping: After production, your artwork embarks on its journey to you. Shipping times vary depending on your location. For orders within the United States, it typically takes 3-8 business days. International shipping can take a bit longer, usually about 5-20 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
  • Combined Timelines: Combining production and shipping, your order will generally arrive within 5-15 business days if you're in the U.S. and 7-27 business days for international orders.
  • Tracking Your Order: We'll send you a tracking number as soon as your artwork ships so you can follow its progress and know exactly when to expect it.

Remember, these are estimated timeframes. We work diligently to ensure your art arrives as swiftly as possible, but sometimes, external factors can cause delays. Rest assured, we're always here to help with any concerns you might have about the status of your order!

How are my framed art prints packaged?

Our framed art prints are carefully packaged to ensure their safe arrival. Each framed print is securely encased in protective materials and placed in a sturdy box designed to safeguard it from damage during transit. While we strive to consolidate multiple items from the same order, they may sometimes arrive separately due to different production facilities. This approach ensures that each framed artwork is given the necessary care and attention during the packaging process.

How Can I Track My Order?

Once your art print is shipped, we'll provide you with a tracking number. This way, you can monitor the progress of your shipment and have a clear idea of when to expect your artwork. If you have any questions about tracking your order, our customer service team is always here to assist.

Remember, tracking information becomes available only after the order has shipped, and it may take a little time for the tracking number to be updated in the system.

Understanding the Differences Between Framed Canvas, Framed Archival Pigment Print, and Acrylic Prints

Framed Canvas: Our framed traditional stretched canvas, a popular choice among art enthusiasts, is designed around a hardwood poplar canvas frame. This is complemented by an exquisite wood floating frame, creating an elegant illusion of the canvas floating inside the frame without touching it. The canvas is expertly mounted in the frame using a combination of tension and adhesive, with the image beautifully wrapping down the sides of the canvas, extending 1.25” on each side. Understanding Shipping Costs

How are shipping costs calculated? Shipping costs are determined by the size and nature of the product you order. Due to the variety in our product sizes, we provide accurate shipping costs on the cart and checkout pages of our website. This approach ensures that you are informed about the shipping charges specific to your order before finalizing your purchase.

What about expedited shipping options? If you need your order to arrive faster, we offer Expedited and Overnight shipping options. The costs for these expedited services can be viewed and selected at checkout. This allows you to choose a shipping method that best suits your time requirements and budget.

Are there any additional shipping considerations? Please note that shipping costs may vary based on the destination, size, and weight of the package and the carrier we use for that location. Our list of shipping vendors includes:

Order Cancellations and Address Changes

Can I cancel or change the address of my order? Once your order has been submitted, we initiate the production process within approximately 24 hours. Due to the customized nature of our products, we're unable to make cancellations or address changes after this point. 

What if my order has an address issue? If your order is flagged with an 'Address Issue' and you don't correct it within 45 days from the order submission date, it will be automatically canceled. It's essential to make any address changes within this 45-day window.

Reprint & Refund Policy

At the Readymade Store, we aim for excellence in every order. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, such as a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping, we offer reprints or refunds. We request that you contact customer support with photo evidence of the issue to assist us in processing your request. Whether a product is reprinted or refunded will depend on the nature of the mistake.  

When do we cover the reprint or refund cost?

  • If the product has a manufacturing issue.
  • If the product is damaged during shipping.
  • If you receive the wrong product.
  • If your order is lost in transit and the shipping address is correct.
  • If the actual shipping time significantly exceeds our standard timeframe.

When is the reprint or refund cost not covered by us?

  • If the product meets our manufacturing standards but you are dissatisfied.
  • If errors are made during the product customization process by the customer.
  • If the wrong size is selected by the customer.
  • If the order is still within our specified maximum production and shipping times.
  • If the order is lost in transit but requires an address change.
  • If the tracking shows the order as delivered, but it hasn't been received.

Photo Requirements for Reprints and Refunds

Please be sure to include the following photos when submitting a reprint or refund request.

  • A photo of the entire product with your artwork design visible.
  • A photo of the backside of the product.
  • A photo of the damaged area with the design in view.
  • A photo of the shipping label (optional).
Returns Policy

Can I return my order? Due to the personalized nature of our products, the Readymade Store generally does not accept returns. Each order is created specifically for you, making it unique and tailored to your preferences. However, in certain circumstances, we may consider returns. If you have an issue with your order, please reach out to us, and we will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis.

What happens with returned orders? In cases where a return is accepted, you can send the item back to our designated return address. We assess each returned item individually to determine the appropriate course of action, which may include a reprint and reshipment of the artwork. 

Please note, that refunds are not typically issued for returned orders, but we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issues.

What if my package is lost in transit?

How do we define a lost package? A package is considered lost if it does not arrive at the shipping address provided within the maximum shipping/transit timeframes. These timeframes vary depending on the shipping method chosen and the destination of the package.

What are the maximum shipping/transit timeframes? Domestic Shipments (within the US): Shipments may take up to 12 business days in transit but are usually delivered within this timeframe.

  • International Shipments: These may take up to 30 business days in transit but are typically delivered within 1-4 weeks from the ship date. Please note that international deliveries can be subject to customs delays.

What should I do if my package doesn't arrive within the maximum timeframe? If your package hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us. We will investigate the matter and, if the package is deemed lost, we will initiate a refund or replacement as per our policy.

Are there any special considerations for international shipments? Yes, international shipments can sometimes take longer due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or the package being handled by multiple carriers. We ask for your patience in these cases and assure you that we will do our best to resolve any issues that arise.

Image Accuracy

Will the image I see on your site accurately represent the product I receive? Yes, the images you see in the Readymade Store are designed to give you a true representation of what you will receive. These images are smaller versions of the high-quality digital files we use for printing. We strive to ensure that the colors, details, and overall appearance in the images are accurate to the final printed product. However, please note that slight variations can occur due to differences in monitor settings and printing processes.
